As a national program we are building the nations ECE workforce pipeline as we offer the first credit bearing programs with the US Department of Labor National Guideline Standards (NGS) serving over 14 states, spanning across remote, rural and tribal communities.

EECI is a national competency-based Career Technical Education (CTE) vocational institute where learners finish with industry recognized credential in less time than traditional higher education certificate and credential programs. Our program bridges vocational and academics, to meet this competency-based criteria students must pass all assignments with a high level of proficiency, before moving on. Teachers work with students individually doing reteaching and remediation if proficiency isn’t met, average student completes in less than 6 months.

Each student has an advisor that monitors classwork to make sure they are progressing at an appropriate rate. The individualized academic approach allows students to feel success and removes the pressure students sometimes feel when being compared with other students.
