The Right To Knowledge Series (class 2 of 4)

TIPS for Child Care Institute, Inc. provides an integrated course schedule of early childhood theory,  through exploration, personal discovery, and self-reflection. In every class, our instructors emphasize the strategies and processes involved in understanding the course content and creates a unique opportunity to prepare our learners to live intelligent, thoughtful, and fulfilling lives in a rapidly changing society.

In this course consists of The Right To Knowledge Series. This will allow the students to take needed courses every Thursday for 4 weeks for 2 hours. 

This is Series that consists of 8 courses, worth 8.5 Credits. Class will be held every Thursday 12:00 pm 2 hours for 4 weeks.

Participants will leave course with the ability to implement training materials for each subject taught during the week. The titles are listed below.

1.  Never Forget the Reasons you wanted to be a Foster Parent

2. Emotions: Learning how to build healthy relationships by being aware of emotions.

3. Knowing Self: Awareness of your parenting style

4. Connections: How to build stronger connections which becomes relationships

5. Community: It Takes A Village

6. Family: Sibling Rivalry

7. Evolution: Growth is necessary, learning is a great practice

8. Crisis Prevention: Safety Awareness

Clock Hours: 8.5 hours

Certificate Granted:  Foster Parent, Adoptive, Permenant Placement, Child Development Associate Credential, Parenting
