Purposeful Tuesdays: Never Forget the Reasons you wanted to be a Foster Parent (1)

TIPS for Child Care Institute, Inc. provides an integrated course schedule of early childhood theory,  through exploration, personal discovery, and self-reflection. In every class, our instructors emphasize the strategies and processes involved in understanding the course content and creates a unique opportunity to prepare our learners to live intelligent, thoughtful, and fulfilling lives in a rapidly changing society.

In this course parents will learn the reasons as to why people become foster parents. Many people have a desire to be a mentor to children or to expand their family. Together we can find our own why in becoming a foster parent when knowing the benefits of becoming one.

Sometimes we have to remember our Why, in doing anything that is purposeful. Together we will explore the great reasons as to why becoming a foster parent is so important. 

This course will also have participants engage in conversation as to why you chose to become a foster parent. 

Participants will leave course able to define purpose in wanting to foster children.

Clock Hours: 1.5 hours

Certificate Granted:  Foster Parent, Adoptive, Permenant Placement, Child Development Associate Credential, Parenting
