About the Event

Every industry has a code of ethics for their practitioners, in early care we also have a set of guidelines that describe what is allowed and what is permitted within the context of our industry. This 3 hour verbatim will discuss the code of ethcial conduct for early care word for word, including the primis behind the intent of each principle and idea of the code related to:

  • Children
  • Families
  • Collegues
  • Employers
  • Employees
  • Community

Practioners will leave with working concepts, strategies and an understanding of the morals and values set forth in the industry of early care as a personal and professional responsibility. Although the Statement of Commitment is not a part of the Code it is the hope that every practitioner in attendance will commit and/or recommit to their responsiblity within the code, abide, as well as affirm their commitment through the statement of commitment.

*Please call 833-223-5200 to request this verbatim for your center. The code is an industry commitment and does not just apply to NAEYC Accredidated programs. All individuals in early care are encoraged to abide by the code of ethics. CDA Credential holders are required to abide by the code of ethics to maintain a good standing credential status.

Registration is Closed - This is a private session.
