In every class, our instructors emphasize the strategies and processes involved in understanding the course content and creates a unique opportunity to prepare our learners to live intelligent, thoughtful, and fulfilling lives in a rapidly changing society.
In this course parents will learn about emotions, how they help foster trust and build great relationships. Learning how to control emotions and knowing what triggers negative emotions can help people build stronger relationships.
Participants will leave course with tools that will help them in controlling emotions and knowing there emotinal triggers.
